My interest in real estate started out while my family and I were building our home in Apollo Beach. From there I worked from 1997 to 2004 earning my appraisal certification, St. Cert. Res. RE Appraiser #3440, appraising single family residential properties. During the same period, I went to the courthouse and taught myself the foreclosure auction process. I bought 2 REO properties, rehabbed them and made a profit. Since 2004 I have been a full time, full service REO Realtor. Closing on everything from a gutted condo, to a 40 AC horse farm (with 6 horses) to luxury waterfront and everything in between. I offer Property Preservation & Management. Negotiate Cash for Keys. Extensive Marketing Plans. Fast turnaround time on all tasks. I personally do all inspections & reports. Professional photography with aerials when warranted.
