Detra (pronounced Dee-truh) Smith has over 20 years of collective experience in the real estate and non-profit industry, specializing in pre-purchase & foreclosure counseling, homebuyer education, credit analysis, financial literacy and coaching. She specializes in downpayment assistance programs throughout the state of Florida and first time homebuyers. She is a strong believer in positive creative thinking and believes it to be important to educate buyers/sellers on the entire home buying and selling processes.

Outside of her Real Estate duties you can can find her enjoying time with family or catching an occasional Law and Order marathon.
