About David Hammontree
David started his real estate career in property management and then gradually shifted to residential sales in the early 1990s. Since then he has been dedicated to assisting buyers and sellers in six counties: Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, Pinellas, Polk and Manatee.
David was born in St. Petersburg, FL and has lived in Tampa, FL since he was 6 months old. He and his wife, Kathy, have two children and one grandchild. David enjoys his work, his church and being with his family, especially his grandson.
